We would like to inform you that our Vulnerability Scanning platform, including all associated services such as PCI SAQ and ASV, has been discontinued effective June 30, 2024.

Service Shutdown FAQs:

  • What happened on June 30, 2024?
    • The Scanning Portal has been taken offline permanently. This has ceased all functionalities including the creation of SAQs, scheduling of vulnerability scans, and access to past scan results.
  • Can I access my data after June 30, 2024?
    • After June 30, there will be no access to the Scanning Portal or any stored data.
  • Will Sikich still have access to our data?
    • All client data will be archived and retained for three years in accordance with our data retention policy. Post-June 30, Sikich will not provide access to this data.
  • Will other services from Sikich be affected?
    • This discontinuation only affects our Vulnerability Scanning services. All other services will continue as normal. For details on other services, please contact [email protected].
  • How can I transition to a new provider?
    • For recommendations and support during this discontinuation, please contact [email protected].
  • Can Sikich assist in the transition to a new provider?
    • While Sikich will not manage the transition process, we are available to provide guidance and answer any questions you might have.
